Emporium Werkstatte ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.

We take great care in packaging all artworks, fashion items, antiques and collectables to ensure they arrive safely.

Standard Shipping (Australia)

We offer flat-rate standard shipping via Australia Post:

Standard Shipping — $14.95 AUD

This applies to:
• Art prints
• Posters
• Art cards
• Fashion items
• Small antiques and collectables

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimated by Australia Post and may vary depending on location.

Large, Fragile & Oversized Items

Some antiques, artworks and collectables require specialised freight due to their size, weight or fragility.

For these items, shipping is not included at checkout.

These listings will be clearly marked:

“Large Item — Please Contact Us for Shipping Quote”

The purchaser is responsible for organising and paying for freight. We are happy to assist with recommendations for suitable carriers.

Items will only be released once shipping arrangements have been confirmed.

Local Collection 

local collection is available. Please request collection details and times available  and these will be provided after purchase.

Packaging

All items are professionally packaged with appropriate protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

Fragile and valuable items are clearly labelled and handled with care.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an item has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, delivery responsibility transfers to Australia Post or the freight carrier selected by the purchaser.

Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value items.
